Ingredients: Elderberry Extract, Echinacea Extract, Sodium Ascorbate, Zinc Bisglycinate, Copper Bisglycinate, Selenium Selenomethionine, Organic Coconut Glycerin. Organic Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil containing phosphatidylcholine Sunflower Lecithin, Purified Water, Potassium Bicarbonate, Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Lemon Peel Oil, Organic Orange Peel Oil, Organic Vitamin E (as alpha-tocopherol), Organic Monk Fruit.

Directions: Squeeze the desired dose onto a tablespoon or into water, juice, yogurt, or blended beverage of your choice. 
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not freeze. Refrigeration is not required but may be refrigerated to enjoy it cold.

Dosage: 
Adults and Children: 1 Tbsp (15ml) daily or as preferred.
