Cetin is the founder of Botano,a wellness ecosystem built around routines, data, and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. Coming from a family of doctors, he grew up around medicine and health, but his own transformation began when he stopped chasing solutions and started committing to daily structure.

Currently on a personal weight loss journey, Cetin credits consistent routines such as movement, nourishment, recovery, and tracking as the catalyst behind his recent progress. Instead of extremes, he focuses on repeatable systems that support metabolic health over time.

Botano was created as his way of contributing to the wellness of the world: translating medical insight and lived experience into practical routines people can actually follow and sustain.


Week 1

Cetin starts the day with movement, nourishment, and rhythm, not caffeine and chaos.
He’s not just trying to wake up. He’s trying to activate his metabolism.


Cetin’s Morning Routine

  • Wake & hydrate (500ml warm water + lemon)
  • Quick dog walk + sunlight exposure
  • Nasal breathing (10 min) or Magnet Breath
  • Ground beef + 3 eggs breakfast
  • Vitamin D3 + K2, Omega-3, B-Complex
  • Magnesium spray or dry brush
  • 10-minute rebounder or stairs
  • Sprint intervals (2x/week) for insulin sensitivity and momentum
  • Top 3 intentions journal

  • 3x/week full-body strength (progressive overload)
  • 2x/week Zone 2 cardio (bike or uphill walking)
  • 2x/week sprint intervals post-walk or pre-shower
  • Daily: Walks (morning + post-meal)
  • 1x/week mobility + hot yoga or sauna
