Bianca Peyvan's 4-Week
Botano Routine

Bianca Peyvan

Botano Routines is on a mission to become the world’s largest community-curated routines library. We believe wellness is deeply personal, and our platform is designed to help people find inspiration from one another, try things on, and gradually build a way of living that feels right in their body and their life.

The Monthly Creator Takeover

Each month, we feature one creator whose way of living we genuinely admire. Someone who practices intentional living in a grounded, accessible way.

January: Bianca Peyvan

This month’s Botano creator is Bianca, a Registered Dietitian and Natural Food Chef on a mission to show people that healthy living does not require deprivation. Her work is rooted in nourishment, consistency, and making wellness feel livable.

Week 1

There’s a certain kind of calm that comes from doing the same small things, in the same order, every morning.

This month’s Botano creator is Bianca, a Registered Dietitian and Natural Food Chef on a mission to show people that healthy living does not require deprivation. Her work is rooted in nourishment, consistency, and making wellness feel livable.

Bianca’s Morning Routine

  • Feed cats
  • Peptides on an empty stomach
  • Supplements on an empty stomach
  • Tidy up
  • Change for morning workout
  • Pre-workout drink
  • Head out the door for training
  • Immediately eat a protein + carb meal
  • Calls

What stands out here is how little decision-making is required. The day starts moving before the mind has time to negotiate. This is a reminder that mornings don’t need to be elaborate. They need to be decided.

Week 1
Week 2

Bianca is a Registered Dietitian and Natural Food Chef on a mission to show people healthy living without deprivation, and that philosophy shows up just as clearly in how she ends her day as how she starts it.

Many people don’t struggle with mornings, they struggle with not carrying the entire day into the night.

Bianca’s Evening Wind-Down

  • Switch to red or amber light around sunset
  • Relax the nervous system: herbal tea, cooking, or watching a show
  • Write a to-do list for the next day

That last step matters more than it seems.

When you write tomorrow’s tasks down, your brain registers them as handled. The loop closes. Rumination quiets. Sleep comes easier.

This routine isn’t about doing more. It’s about ending the day well.

Week 2
Week 3

As a Registered Dietitian and Natural Food Chef, Bianca’s approach to skincare mirrors how she approaches food and health: support the body consistently, without extremes or deprivation.

Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

Bianca’s Skincare Routine

Before shower

  • Exfoliating mask

During shower

  • Wipe mask off
  • Cleanse
  • Foam cleanse

After shower

  • Hyaluronic acid
  • Eye cream
  • Sunscreen

What we love here is the sequencing. Prep, cleanse, seal, protect.

No overload. No skipping the basics.
Just respect for the skin as something to care for daily, not fix occasionally.

Week 3
Week 4

Bianca’s philosophy as a Registered Dietitian and Natural Food Chef is clear: health should feel supportive, not punishing. That belief carries directly into how she moves her body.

She doesn’t treat workouts as obligation. She treats them as energy management.

Bianca’s Workout Routine

  • Weight training and lifting
  • Group workouts for motivation and efficiency
  • Hot yoga once a week

Studios she loves:

  • Barry’s Bootcamp
  • Sweat 440
  • Sol Yoga
  • Mimi Yoga

There’s an important theme here: momentum beats motivation.

Group workouts remove friction. Scheduled classes remove negotiation. Strength training builds confidence that carries into the rest of life.

This routine isn’t about chasing aesthetics. It’s about building a body that supports everything else.
